  • A list of current medicines and allergies
  • Relevant medical and surgical history
  • Your Medicare and private health insurance details

02

Before your consultation

Allow time to arrive, park and complete any required registration. Wear clothing that makes examination of the affected area practical.

If you are unsure which imaging or documents are required, contact the practice team before your appointment.

03

Preparing for surgery

If surgery is recommended, Dr Fraser and the hospital team will provide instructions relevant to your procedure, medicines, fasting, admission and recovery.

Follow the instructions supplied directly by your treating team; they take precedence over general website information.

04

After surgery

Your discharge and rehabilitation plan will be specific to your operation. Keep your follow-up appointments and seek advice from the treating team if you have concerns during recovery.
